Project CoSec is operated by Cardstack Studio Sdn Bhd (“we”, “us”). This notice explains how we handle personal data you provide on projectcosec.com.my in line with the Malaysia Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).
What we collect
When you submit one of our forms we collect the email address you provide and, where you identify your firm in correspondence, your firm name. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- Send you product updates, launch information, and preview access details.
- Evaluate and follow up on early-access applications from corporate-secretarial firms.
- Reply to questions you send us by email.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Retention
We keep newsletter subscriber emails until you unsubscribe. Early-access application data is kept for the duration of the pre-launch programme and up to 12 months after launch, after which it is deleted unless you become a customer.
Your rights under PDPA
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it if it is inaccurate, withdraw consent to our processing, and limit how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below.
Security
We store submitted data with reputable cloud providers under standard access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
